About ICA

The ICA began in 1981 when a group of forward-thinking off-premise caterers established the National Off-Premise Caterers Roundtable. They saw the need for an association to share ideas and information across the industry. It was later renamed the National Caterers Association and eventually became the International Caterers Association. Today, with over 1,900 members worldwide, the ICA has grown into a global leader in the catering industry.
