ICA Workshop

Join ICA caterers for an exclusive workshop in Houston at A Fare Extraordinaire!  Enjoy the best social and networking events along with educational sessions to discuss real-time topics affecting the catering industry. The workshop includes a commissary tour, cocktail reception, and dinner on January 14 at A Fare Extraordinaire's venue, The Revaire. On January 15,  there will be education all day, along with breakfast and lunch. 

The ICA Workshop has a new component for Culinary and Operations leadership teams called the Culinary Leadership Experience. This event will take place from January 15-16, 2025 directly after the ICA Workshop.

If an ICA vendor member is interested in attending this workshop, they are required to become a sponsor. Sponsors receive complimentary registration based off their level of sponsorship.
