What comes with caterer registration?

ICA caterer members can attend all events during the ICA workshop. Registration includes dinner, breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and education from June 10-11. Check out the full schedule here.

ICA caterer members can opt to register for the ICA Culinary Learning Experience which is an additional fee and it includes dinner, breakfast, lunch, and education from June 11-12. Check out the full schedule here.

What materials will I need to bring to the ICA workshop?

We recommend bringing a small notebook and pen to take notes during the educational sessions.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please email [email protected]. Registrations can not be transferred after May 27.

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. Registrations can not be transferred after May 27. The request must be made via email to [email protected] and include the following information for the new registrant:

• Name
• Job Title
• Email
• Phone

How do I get an attendee list?

Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state in PDF format.

What is the ICA workshop attire?

Business casual is suitable for all workshop activities. 

How far away is the Indianapolis International Airport from the ICA workshop and host hotel? 

The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is 12 miles away from Nameless Catering and 11 miles away from the Omni Severin Hotel.

Where are we meeting? 

For the ICA Workshop, attendees will meet on June 10 at Nameless Catering (2628 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46203) and then go to Fowling Warehouse Indianapolis (1125 E Brookside Ave d9, Indianapolis, IN 46202). On June 11, attendees will meet at 416 Wabash Recording Studio & Event Space (416 Wabash Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204). See the full schedule here.

For the Culinary Leadership Experience,  attendees will meet on June 11 in the evening at Beholder (1844 East 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46201) and all sessions on June 12 will take place in the host hotel, the Omni Severin Hotel (40 W Jackson Pl, Indianapolis, IN 46225). See the full schedule here.

Where should I stay if I need to stay overnight in Indianapolis? 

ICA has secured a hotel room block at the Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. All out of town ICA workshop attendees will be staying here.

All attendees must make their hotel reservations at the Omni Severin Hotel to secure the ICA group rate by May 5.
