Culinary Leadership Dinner at Beholder 
(Beholder, 1844 East 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46201)

Beholder is a chef-and sommelier-driven restaurant located near several historic neighborhoods, including Woodruff Place, Little Flower, and Emerson Heights. Indianapolis, Indiana. Co-owned by renowned chef Jonathan Brooks and sommelier Josh Mazanowski, the restaurant offers an intimate dining experience in an energetic, eclectic environment. The menu features world-inspired small and large plates that encourage sharing, showcasing innovative flavor combinations and culinary artistry. Brooks, a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist chef, brings his creative vision to the kitchen, while the restaurant’s outstanding wine program has earned national recognition, including a James Beard nomination and a spot on Wine Enthusiast’s top 100 wine restaurants list.

At the end of the day, all attendees will go to Nameless Catering (2628 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46203) to tour their kitchen.
