What comes with caterer registration?
ICA caterer members and caterer non-members can attend all events during the workshop. Registration includes breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and education. Check out the full schedule here.
What materials will I need to bring to the ICA workshop?
We recommend bringing a small notebook and pen to take notes during the educational sessions.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please email [email protected]. Registrations can not be transferred after Friday, April 12.
Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. Registrations can not be transferred after Friday, April 12. The request must be made via email to [email protected] and include the following information for the new registrant:
- Name
- Job Title
- Email
- Phone

How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state in PDF format.
What is the ICA workshop attire?
Business casual is suitable for all workshop activities.

The Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is 18 miles away from The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center where ICA has secured a room block for Tuesday, April 23.
