What comes with caterer registration?

ICA caterer members and caterer non-members can attend all events during the workshop. Registration includes breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and education. Check out the full schedule here.

What materials will I need to bring to the ICA workshop?

We recommend bringing a small notebook and pen to take notes during the educational sessions.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please email [email protected]. Registrations can not be transferred after Tuesday, July 9.

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. Registrations can not be transferred after Tuesday, July 9. The request must be made via email to [email protected] and include the following information for the new registrant:

• Name
• Job Title
• Email
• Phone

How do I get an attendee list?

Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state in PDF format.

What is the ICA workshop attire?

Business casual is suitable for all workshop activities. 

How far away is Portland International Jetport from the workshop events? 

The Portland International Jetport (PWM)  is 15 miles away from The Lincoln Hotel where ICA has secured a room block for Tuesday, July 23.

The Portland International Jetport (PWM)  is 13 miles away from Blue Elephant Catering and Events.

The Portland International Jetport (PWM) is 17 miles away from River Winds Farm and Events.

Where are we meeting? 

All attendees will meet on
