Join ICA caterers for an exclusive workshop in Saco, Maine! The workshop includes a commissary tour, a cocktail reception and a lobster bake on the evening of July 23 at Blue Elephant Events and Catering. On July 24, there will be breakfast, morning education sessions, lunch, and afternoon education sessions at River Winds Farm and Events.
